Experience in technologies limited to low level due to broad range and no specialization. Workload unsustainable; ticket based system and employees are overloaded. Upper management does not listen to employees or middle management for improvements. Workload is increased without compensation or incentives. Failure to retain talented personnel. Low compensation for the amount of work employees are expected to do. Overtime is not compensated at all but is expected due to the excessive workload. Lack of sufficient staffing.
