      Management lease program and great staff

      Cons

      Leadership is fear based and reactive to whatever the top of the house says without thinking through. CEO loves to blame employees and departments when he has been here four years and won’t take ownership himself. PR and bonus process was atrocious this year and focus on punishing employees for standards that changed in Q4

      Pros

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
