      Clueless, brainless managers. Wrong information in company and probably fake degrees for many high members. lay offs are coming. Vacations are good for uppers and few working hours. work favoritism.

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
