Pros

The salary and cafeteria benefits. Overall nice co-workers.

Cons

In terms of benefits or human compassion, this company lacks it all. They completely removed any possibility of working remotely (even for limited periods of time), even for expats who would travel back home to visit doctors or family. 4 days in-office became mandatory and you couldn't be excused unless you presented a doctor's note and were forced to take sick leave or a holiday. They also removed medical insurance as an employee's benefit. Leaving work early for any emergency or errand also became problematic, as the management and HR argued over it. Not to mention that maternity rights became a negotiaton, rather than a basic human right for some of my ex-colleagues who were planning on becoming mothers.

Cons

Large company can make it hard to navigate as new hire so recommend finding mentors and leaders to guide you.

Pros

Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

Cons

Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
