Lots of stress put on supervisors, don't shutdown that line, they go crazy. Your stuck on a job until you bid off it.

Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
