Pros

The company has an enormous focus on training and development which makes it an ideal place for someone being in the AV industry. Beyond that, the company also rewards employees who develop into high performers - almost all the managers and leaders in the company were internal promotions from employees who began their career in entry-level positions with the company. As an employee, the company's asks me to primarily focus on the quality of our workmanship and doing things ethically; when dealing with a problem, I'm always empowered to do what is right rather than forced into doing what might be the most cost effective.

Cons

The organization can often find itself being "penny-wise and pound-foolish" when it comes to processes. Rather than viewing its processes and standards as tools with which to do better work, it often feels like many of our employees see their primary responsibility as completing series of check-boxes rather than viewing those check-boxes as a means to doing better work in a global sense.
