Pros
Traveling Work Experience, they train their techs well. Genuinely good people in lower levels of the company It’s very rewarding to finish big projects
Cons
Travel about 75% of the year Almost everyone is disposable to them Extreme micro management: trackers in vehicles (safety violations for going over 5 MPH) After Travel Reports which have turned into tattle-tell sheets, On site call in meetings every day to describe what you are doing to people who are sitting at computers (also killing hours and productivity) At times you’re more than only one who cares about the project you’re on, as everyone else is overworked and more focused on other projects until yours has fallen behind from the lack of help. In the seven years I worked there every look I received from the owner was as if I was in his way. I haven’t received my final check from them (it’s been a month, I worked there for seven years) no one has responded to my multiple emails or phone calls about this. I was very proud of the time I worked their, the departing from this company left a bad taste in my mouth in all honesty.
