• Hiring decisions are sometimes based on personal connections rather than qualifications, bringing in people who are not fully qualified just because they are easy to manage. Authority is then imposed on teams through these hires to maintain control.
• The company lacks a clear roadmap and long-term vision, which creates confusion and uncertainty for employees.
• Overall, the environment no longer feels fun or inspiring to work in mandatory, adding pressure without clear benefits.
• Unfortunately, the company feels like it’s heading in the wrong direction, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others at this stage.
