Decent company but lacking long-term job security - Sr. Software Engineer Foraysoft Employee Review

I am senior resource with 15 years of experience and joined ForaySoft after my stint at very large organisations. I can safely say that ForaySoft has been amazing in many ways than I thought of. Our relationship with customer I work with, XILINX in this case has been very strong. We have a relationship of 12 years and have contributed so much. ForaySoft works with only those customers who treat employees with respect and provides equal opportunity. Like any other organisation, they do have short fallings but as a team, we are willing to correct and move forward and that is the strength of ForaySoft.
