Bad management from operations managers. They don't bet hard enough on submission. They lose all their main contracts. They get run over by all the new junior companies. Over seven years I had never run out of work...since 2022! The last two years have been painful! Half of employees work few weeks per years. !..AND
THEY DONT PAID OVERTIME AND ALL HOURS!!
