Pros
I have found the company to be very supportive, my management very good, my colleagues very good, if i had to raise anything to my management this was delt with swiftly and effectively. i have had the pleasure of doing the Push Far mentoring which i found to be incredibly beneficial, when i wanted to do additional training for my role this was no problem & overall the inhouse training offered was of a good standard. Benefits are good, i feel valued and appreciated in my role. EMT are all really good and i have had the opportunity to have multiple members of the EMT shadow me.
Cons
That the contractor that we use for repairs don't seem to hold the same values as those at ForHousing. It's not a con for ForHousing but that difference can cause friction
