In my experience, the workplace felt poorly managed, the remuneration offered did not seem adequate given the workload expected of staff, and concerns raised were rarely addressed in a meaningful way

The doctors were lovely. Some of the team members were nice.

Terrible!! Very low pay - while others with the same role were paid much more. Promote bullying culture. No accountability, issues raised result in getting fired. Non-existent onboarding.
