Lots of smart people, looking out for each other. We go to the office when needed, without being pushed to be present just for the sake of it
Cons
An upskilling program is required every year. Sometimes it feels pointless, but it's necessary for promotions and bonuses, so it's worth completing—especially since there's no budget for training outside of this system.
