Pros
the only pro is that it's a job if you're extremely desperate and want to learn how to do everything under horrible conditions
Cons
Messy, unorganized business model, and a CEO who treats everyone like they are wasting his money and he can do their job better than them all put together (actually heard him say those words). No real structure to this place, the whole company is at the whim of a rich boy-man who's dream was to own a coffee company and do with it what he wills, with no regard to hard working employees who actually know how to do their jobs and have good ideas about what works well in a cafe environment. The pay was way below what is deserved, probably for everyone. The projects were a complete mess, no real communication or collaboration between teams. Things just thrown at you when its already too late to do them properly, then you are pressured and berated for it and left to clean up the mess somehow. There is nowhere to even get a drink of water except from an old sink in the back storage room/garage. Everyone there was stressed and complaining, though they were all pretty nice people. The CEO was biggest reason this place is horrible he is definitely a narcissist who cares more about money than people. Was also told by an employee that he doesn't pay their vendors, and they have lots of angry letters from them. That's just so shady, and wrong.
