      I didn't find any pros in that organization

      Cons

      Most insensitive management. No Medical benefits policies for employees. I joined the organization and I fell ill and was hospitalized, which I informed HR. Even after knowing this management poked me on every working day to let them know when will be I rejoining. When I sent my Medical reports then they said that my reports are fake and revoked my offer letter.

      Pros

      I started my career with Fonctrix Solution and worked there for approximately five years. The people were very supportive, and I learned so much during my time with the company. Thanks to the skills and experience I gained at Fonctrix, I am now confident in standing out in the market and competing with any MNC organization.
