      Pros

      Focus work with a number of decent clients and have a creative team who know their way around a brochure template. The office is tucked away in the country, so if you like things quiet, you'll enjoy the location. Pool table in the breakout room draws a crowd.

      Cons

      CS teams are hugely overworked, so staff turnover is very high. Almost no training is offered, and the management team rule by fear. Tears in the office are common.

      Very friendly, efficient work environment and a great breakout room!

      Cons

      None really, only that an espresso machine was missing in the kitchen.

      Pros

      Meeting some lovely individuals who never get the recognition they deserve. Handing in my notice.

      Cons

      Senior management create a very toxic environment for people. In particular the group creative director who speaks to people in a degrading manner making it very hard to stay motivated. He is the main reason I hated my time here.
