Pros
- Although the working schedule is in shifts, I never had many problems when I needed to change a day or other; - You have the possibility to ask for your "holiday allowance" early if you need to; - You are given a health insurance that's really good; - The environment is very welcoming, team members treat you like family from the beginning.
Cons
- You work in shifts; - Your work is not recognized; - You are evaluated every year and the metric it's a joke, it leaves you without the possibility of asking for a raise. Just for example, these last two years we were being evaluated based on previous pandemic results.
