The bottom line is if you're an "A Player" who is more focused on what you can do for the company than what the company can do for you, then you would make a great fit here at Flycast Partners. If you believe that you are entitled to promotions just for showing up then this is probably not the place for you. If you read the reviews about Flycast Partners, you will notice that the positive reviews are from those who appreciate a culture that promotes based on merit, and the negative reviews come from those who do not perform, but have an entitled attitude. The person posting this certainly fits that description. We are a lean, efficient, sales driven organization where position must be earned and paid for by your personal performance, and he didn't fit well within that model.
