Pros

- Good place to START your career. - Central location in Saint Petersburg -The director of Professional Services is a top-notch professional whom I learned a great deal from.

Cons

-Rife with politics (especially given the small company size) -No clear path for career progression, financially or otherwise -Pay is not market-rate competitive. -Non-existent culture -A majority of the executive team is remote.

If you are looking for a place to go to work and show up to put in your 40 hours and expect to be promoted for that, this is not the place for you. The bottom line is if you're an "A Player" who is more focused on what you can do for the company than what the company can do for you, then you would make a great fit here at Flycast Partners. If you believe that you are entitled to promotions just for showing up then this is probably not the place for you. If you read the reviews about Flycast Partners, you will notice that the positive reviews are from those who appreciate a culture that promotes based on merit, and the negative reviews come from those who do not perform, but have an entitled attitude. The person posting this certainly fits that description. We are a lean, efficient, sales driven organization where position must be earned and paid for by your personal performance, and he didn't fit well within that model. Unfortunately, this was a poor fit for him as well as for Flycast Partners. Nathan George, President, Flycast Partners

Pros

Flycast Partners is a great company that demonstrates they show genuine concern for the employees and their families. Communication regarding the direction of the company and things going on in the company make it from the top down to the lowest level of employee. The CEO routinely schedules meetings with employees to get their feedback on issues, and is willing to also hear the not so good (of which there is little to complain about). Much generosity is shown with pay, benefits and time off. The company stays in tune with changing market conditions and adjusts accordingly to continue being profitable. Much of the company works remotely, as did I. The only reason I left was because it was time to retire.

Cons

I really cannot think of anything to mention. As with any good job, the work can be a bit challenging at times, but everyone works together to resolve issues.

Thank you for this review. It's a big milestone in our company history that we are beginning to have people retire from Flycast Partners. It's humbling that someone would choose to finish out their career with us and it is appreciated by us. Nathan George, CEO - Flycast Partners

I would disagree with the fact that we provide "no training" but I will acknowledge that as a 100% remote company, training becomes more challenging and we are counting on the employee to put in the effort to make the training successful. We do have ample resources but again, as a remote company, we do require the employee to put the effort in. Unfortunately, sometimes we get a result like in this case where it is just not the right fit. We don't make these decisions lightly and only after it has become clear that it's not the right fit. I do wish this person the best moving forward in their professional career. Nathan George, CEO - Flycast Partners
