Flunch is a company with truly French soul. If you like french companies it's a place for you. French people are fantastic and open. The feel inside the teams and general company culture have something magical-family like about it. You can really grow into Flunch, and not leave the company just because you "feel good at work".

The compensations in countries other than France are not good. There aren't many opportunities if you are not french, however speaking french fluently and knowing your trade perfect opens many doors. French people like french people mostly, but they'll make exception if you are good at work and charismatic.
