Fantastic Startup - Business Development Manager Flowspace Employee Review

Tough to give cons about a startup, because if you buy in to the startup mentality then those cons turn into pros (e.g. one of the big ideas at Flowspace is everyone does the dishes, meaning no job is too small for any one employee. Everyone contributes to every part of the business. I personally see that as a pro, but can see how some would see it as a con.)
