Pros
- Great Benefits -Amazing Management -Fast Pace -Free to think for yourself -Ability to work remotely when needed There are lots of great perks to working at Flowspace. Since this is a start up all employee input is valued. The CEO is a go getter and extremely motivating and wonderful to work under.
Cons
- Since still small, we are not too clear on all up and coming work opportunities available from within but pretty sure as we grow more will open up. -Can be tough not having the support team in-house to the CA location but are easily accessible.
