Flowserve is a fantastic place to work! In the 2 years I have been here, I have seen our management steer the company in the right direction, with a focus on not just getting things done but also a focus on the behaviors and values that get us the results we aspire to.
Great culture, extremely competent management, learning agility focused environment and helpful teams to work with. Hard work/effort is recognized, shortfalls/mistakes used as learning opportunities to grow further.
