Pros

None. Zero. Zilch. ....unless you are an alcoholic and like to drink beer at 10am.

Cons

Don't leave your job or current gig for their false promises. It is all smoke and mirrors. Flowfound presents itself to be a highly energetic start-up when it is nothing but a toxic environment with no strcuture and clear lines of authority. During my short tenure, I saw 3 people leave/get fired from the digital team. Very insecure management that feels threatened by new hires and runs them off with micromanagement and bullying.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, but are sorry you weren't comfortable resolving directly during your short time here. As with many fast-growing startups, frustration can occur without clear, up-front communication given the pace the business is moving, and how quickly many employees are promoted and continue to grow with us. That said, as a management team we're constantly looking for ways to improve and have used your feedback to review our coaching process and approvals. The day I walked out the door with a check and nothing else to do with these people.

Cons

Dishonest Leadership from the top who will not hesitate to blatantly lie to employees, customers and anyone who will listen in the industry. Leadership has no C-level experience who convinced a young inexperienced and not very business savvy investor from India with some family inherited money to invest. Investors are victims that have been taken advantage of due to inexperience. Sales management is currently taking entry level sales training and is in charge of all sales related activities for the company (Seriously). Leadership is working or (Scamming) multiple companies and most if not all of the services offered are fake. Leadership referred to their services to me as "snake oil" that makes a lot of money and said most companies in the digital field participate in same practices? I never saw the company make one sale (Literally) in my tenure. I did see a few unlucky clients that were already on-board leave quickly after seeing no results because there was NO product, just a gimmick. They pay their employees once per month and there were no benefits offered.
