Great work life balance; reasonable hours and essentially no weekend work. There is a very friendly work atmosphere: Even after spending the whole day working together, every day after the close people are playing FIFA or card games in the lounge. Everyone enjoys each other's company It is extremely fast paced and competitive, with no down time during the trading day. There is a ton of room for innovation. If you have a good trading idea, no matter how long you have been at the company, it will get implemented quickly without having to cut through red tape.
