      Chaotic management, politics everywhere, non-engineers who don't know tech at all tries to use AI to replace engineers after laying off 2/3 or engineers.

      It is much better than being homeless.

      Cons

      They have this weird culture where the CTO says soundbites like "1+1=11" and "ship now", rather than looking at issues as complex problems.
