Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401K, and stock options are extremely competitive... honestly no one can compete, company has a friendly feel with most people working together toward success.
Cons
Disorganization in the upper ranks, sales team unmotivated, decisions seem to be made by multiple people with conflicting goals which stalls progress.
