Pros
The benefits are good--especially healthcare and time off (though it can sometimes be hard to prepare for and catch up after taking time off). The work and mission is so vital!
Cons
I have worked in several other nonprofits, and the Florence Project was the least transparent and most (needlessly) bureaucratic workplace I have encountered. Management is overall poor; there was very little trust between senior management and other employees and communication was really hard to interpret.
