      Create your own schedule that’s about it

      Cons

      Bigotry management. They don’t supply benefits. They make bogus excuses as to why commissions aren’t paid. Let go for ultimately reporting faulty vehicles which resulted in a wreck and me with a broken foot.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility refreshing flowers for companies all over the city. Company leaves you alone as long as you are going out all day.

      Cons

      Lots of driving. They also expect you to sell and it's not an easy sell. Customer service is different than sales.
