      Offices freezing Managers out of touch with staff Pricing out of touch with market They had started losing some good staff due to bullying from management in some sections where there was a high turnover of staff.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room for management growth. You can learn a lot of things about sales from the company and employees that work there.

      Cons

      The pay is not very high. You run around all day to make money for the business. It gets very cold outside in the winter. The hours are usually pushing 60+ a week.
