Great place to work, people are very open and friendly (from the top down). Culture is a lot better than it used to be - props to the people team. Feels much better than it did a few years ago. Started hiring top performers and it shows. Encouragement to own your own work / explore new areas and how they can help both your development and the business.

Some people seem to get away with not doing very many hours, although work seems to always be delivered. Salaries always playing catchup with the market. They seem to be within market rate just before market salaries increase, and then they fall behind again for a year.
