Limited career choices due to small company size

FCS is a small company but they pay reasonably. Working time is flexible. Overtime work may happen when there is a deadline next week. However, the workload is relaxed normally. The office is a hired house so the view outside does not look good but the room is cozy and comfortable. Employees have lunch and dinner together. The current project manager is kind and treat people well.

There are not many senior developers so you cannot learn much. The process of developing software is informal. The company focus on building products and new features, testing and performance are usually overlooked. Overtime is exhausting.
