      Pros

      Remote work gives great flexibility to work from anywhere and at your own pace. The workflow is well organized, which makes things easy to follow day to day. The review system is really good and helps avoid mistakes during sprints, task delivery, and meetings. There’s a lot of room to grow, especially if you’re early in your career.

      Cons

      Since everything is virtual, there can be small communication gaps sometimes, but that’s normal and improves over time.
