Huge amount of autonomy, mostly pleasant coworkers, hard-working team.

Incrediblyyyyyyy siloed. No one knows what’s going on within the company or with the product until it’s live on the app. The CEO has driven himself into a hole by micromanaging every department into oblivion. You may hear crickets during business hours and get messages all thru out the night (I’m talking midnight and 1am!!) and weekends and holidays for random side quests with zero explanation and an expectation that you’ll just hustle and do it. Everyone is spread too thin and it makes me sad to see such a talented group of eager people fall into this crush of volatility.
