The people are great to work with and they really care to get to know you and teach you. There's a good amount of younger staff members too that help bridge the connection between the more seasoned team members.
Cons
Depending on where you join on in the project, there's either a lot to do or absolutely nothing and it's kind of hard to keep asking for tasks without feeling annoying.
The opportunities for growth with this company are real. They will pay to train you and offer opportunities to show your skills. It is a meritocracy and performers will be rewarded.
Cons
Still needs work in standardizing process and experiences. Your experience will be highly dependent on your project/office as to be expected with most construction companies.
