Pros

As with most companies in sector , no weekend working and very few evenings. So understaffed field staff get to learn all areas of how a business works from sales, operations to accounts

Cons

Flexspace need a change in strategy and fast Engage with field staff, retention of customers is shocking due to inflexibility, and lack of investment in centres Minimal staffing makes delivering good customer service difficult Field staff are spread so thinly that one person off holiday or off sick can hugely impact on an area Some middle managers are lazy and delegate everything to junior staff Contact negative feedback and little praise despite working flat out to keep the company going
