Great place- Bad Manager - Accountant Flexport Employee Review

I will first preface this part by saying I'm honestIy uncomfortable leaving this review, so I will speak vaguely/ safely. I would have loved to have stayed with this company, however, my manager made me too uncomfortable. I was very singled out by the Manger. I would over hear her talking and making fun of me to other people. Also at times she would say mean comments about some of the other employees (pass it off as joking- which you would believe due to her personality) then she would whisper that she wasn't followed by saying they really got on her nerves. The one employee she was speaking about in particular didn't work under her, but right next to her. The other employees, who did work under, who she would say the same things about- she would single out and give them different rules, and wouldn't train or help when they would ask questions. She would be amazing to some people, if she decided she liked you. There was a lot more, but I am hoping you get the point....
