We are one big happy family! We work hard and we play hard. I will say this...we have the most wonderful owner, with the biggest heart! There is nothing he wouldn't do to help someone. We are all so blessed to be a part of such a great company! John James, thank you for all you do for so many!

No cons as it pertains to Flex Tech! Trying to help people who sometimes don't want to help themselves. Being in staffing is quite challenging these days! We have the jobs....just need people that truly want to work and show up on time! That's the only con, and it's not about Flex Tech, its about the industry.

You get to sit down at times if you’re on the graveyard shift.

Working 12 hours shifts, standing for long time and lifting heavy hoses, Very old building, equipment, etc. PPE is scattered and hard to find. The whole company in San Macros needs an upgrade along with the building, safety measures, and more ambition to train employees better.
