I don't have any best experience in this company. The work company I have chosen and the company owner is bloody fraud and a below tan 3rd grade category person.
Cons
Beware of this fraudulent company Flaxen Infosoft and the fraud Founder/ Owner Raghav Gurjar. I worked there for 4 months approx at the time of joining they said they want to expand their business in Western countries At the time of joining, I mentioned that it will take time and we have to keep patience because it will take time of approx 3 to 6 months to make a prospectus. As they said they are a registered company but after joining I came to know that they are not registered as they don't have pvt ltd also. During this period time, I visited Delhi for IOT Expo they said you will get the reimbursement but again Raghav Gurjar lied to me. They did not pay me my salary for March and April when I asked for the salary he stated that I'll not pay you the salary and do whatever you want to do. In my whole experience, this is the worst company ever I worked for. I am attaching his image to take a look once that who is that great person.
