Pros
Free soda?? The hilarity of watching supervisors walk around instead of being at their desks - and when they are at their desks they don't know the answers anyway.
Cons
Racism. Favoritism. Pushing the last of the knowledgeable employees out the door. Supervisors in positions when they know nothing about the company and make more mistakes than the regular employees. Rude, loud, immature atmosphere. Did I mention racism, it should be mentioned twice. Supervisors writing up their best employees in fear of someone noticing they should be in that position. Extremely low pay for new employees- EXTREMELY! The starting rate for this company is the lowest in the field.
