Pros

None at all.You can't really give pros to a company if they don't give you a product that they can't back up

Cons

Company rep set up my account upon purchase.Went home to hook up system to find out after entering my email address that no account was set up.So I thought I needed to set one up.When I did neither account works.I contacted flareplay and they promised a 48 hour turn around. Its been two weeks and still no change to spite a call to flareplay everyday.Techs even put me on hold to see what the hold up is and then hang up.I even had them say they would have it repaired by the next day and they would call me to verify but then I would not receive a call and it still doesn't work.I even called cox cable store to speak to person who sold it to me and he returned my call with a text to my phone. So unprofessional .I'm so disappointed with this my kids really wanted to play this. What a crappy company.
