      Pros

      Flank.ai is hands-down the most energising and fulfilling place I’ve ever worked. The team is small, but every person is brilliant, kind, and deeply committed to building something meaningful. There's zero ego—just a genuine sense of collaboration and shared mission. The founders are absolutely amazing people. They're not only razor-sharp operators with a clear vision, but they're also incredibly grounded, approachable, and human. They lead with empathy and conviction, and they’ve created a culture where people feel trusted, empowered, and supported. You get to move fast, take ownership, and actually shape the product and company in real time. The work itself is intellectually challenging and exciting—every week brings something new. If you're someone who loves solving complex problems with smart people and wants to be part of something early and ambitious, this is the place.

      Cons

      It's a startup—things move quickly, and ambiguity is part of the day-to-day. But if you thrive in that environment, it’s a feature, not a bug.

      Pros

      - Literally transforming an industry. - Working at the forefront of AI and tech—the pace of improvement is insane. - Close-knit team: collaborative, low ego, open, honest, and full of very smart people. - Founders are the best I’ve worked with. - Great customers and a super interesting problem space.

      Cons

      - It’s a startup—things can be stressful, and you’re expected to take a high degree of ownership. Personally, I love that, but if you're looking to cruise, this probably isn’t the right place. - It can be chaotic at times. That’s improving now we’ve hit PMF, but if you're used to a highly structured workplace, it might take some adjusting.

      Pros

      No better place to learn. After over 4 years at the company, I've not had a single week where I haven't been challenged to my limits or felt growth.

      Cons

      Being on the bleeding edge of AI work means there is no playbook and being in a small team means there is limited guidance, so you need to be highly self-driven.
