Fast growing group, unclear vision. Top management sends confusing messages to the lower echelons about the groups future. Scrum management techniques are not used. Scope creep and loss of focus is a very real issue. Knowledge and experience acquired in previous projects is often lost due to lack of proper documentation or in-house transfer structures. No growth plan for researchers. Unclear what the career options are, and what should be achieved to do evolve.
