Pros
Free food in the break room. Gaining a lot of experience to move on, and the hours were pretty flexible. No weekends.
Cons
The manager in the office has a very bad attitude and blows up very quickly. She is always in your business and doesn't know the meaning of professionalism, she lacks respect of others and the upper management can care less. The company has the potential to really go somewhere but the turn over rate is so high because of the lack of respect. The pay is low but the job requires a degree. Most people would not think about making this a career, it's more of a temp job then move on.
