Pros
There was a time when Fjord was doing great work and had an amazing atmosphere and a great team of people. Those were the good ol' days. Sadly that is all but gone now. You can still find some good people and a very laxed environment if you don't mind being bored most of the time. It could be a great job depending on what you want - if consulting for big corporations is your cup of tea, it could be great. Plus, being part of a huge company like Accenture does mean you have pretty good benefits.
Cons
All consulting and pontificating and no actual building or making. Since being acquired by Accenture the personality and talent that drove the company is all but gone. With all the red tape and consulting work now, they have a very hard time retaining talent and have thus become all talk and no execution. As the work shifted to mostly consulting, it became harder and harder to find inspiration and challenges to continue to grow and learn. This stagnation led to lots of turn over and a general feeling of malaise. If you want to be challenged and continue to grow and learn in your craft, this is not the place. However, if you want to coast through the day and and avoid responsibility then you might have found your match.
