Pros
Pros : discounts on high end tech , flexible schedule for school /fam ect, upper management does care, coworkers, fellow store managers. Let's be honest most carriers pat about the same. If tour not hungry for money and actually put in the work you will be making baby money. This is not a stand around and wait on next check type of job. I've personally made huge checks as a sales consultant. I love they hire from within. If you put in 110 percent you will get 200 percent back. I started from the bottom and got recognized for my skills and became a manager. They do help you succeed but it won't be handed to you. Nothing is prefect but it's what u make it. I see some reviews and honestly those people probably got fired from being lazy. If you think you got what it takes and are money driven and go to the money and not wait for the money to come to you, then come on in and see what we have to offer you. I've gained lots of skills selling and in customer service. I've also gained some awesome loyal customers and for me my customers are everything.
Cons
Cons are what u make it. If come in with a negative attitude and no will to sell then it's gonna suck working. But if you see it as a career and be positive and bring your all then it's amazing.
