Pros

Great colleagues; great product; great commission structure...at first; good management... at first.

Cons

Worked for 1 of their units (professional qualification); at first all hugs, smilea and khumbayas, then on my last year working with them, they short-changed me on comms, gave me a lower salary increment (only 1% from the previous year's 5%) even though I generated better overall revenue this time; and the straw that broke rhe camel's back was that I was given a higher target this year, but cut my comm rate to half - without no proper explanation even though I asked politely. I can accept management increasing my targets, but shaving off comm rates while increaaing targets, without proper explanation? Nobody in sales will put up with that. So i underperformed and rhen they tried giving me the boot...luckily I felt this coming so I preempted them by giving them my walking papers. Plus apparently, they have a stupid rule that you can't give out link3din recommendations to current and former colleagues, while you are still working for them, even though they ask all of their customers for recommendations and testimonials.

Pros

There are no pros please don’t subject yourself to such a horrible work environment

Cons

Toxic leadership. You will be talked down to as if you’re unintelligent should you make one mistake. HR will not listen to you or provide a solution when you express that your leader is creating a hostile work environment. Lead flow is poor and goals are high and Unachievable. No proper training or guidance as well. Most of the time you’re lead to figure it out yourself. No room for growth at all.
