Pros
Great co-workers, decent benefits, some work perks, still carries a small company vibe, your managers are good people who shatter the stupid superficial barrier of "leader verses cohort", people around you WANT to help, its generally welcoming overall.
Cons
The company is really only half the battle. FIT is a services provider, and if you are stuck at a client who is less than ideal, it shapes your experience with the company. A lot of the shuffling behind what you deal with day to day can completely ruin everything positive about the company. They also promote a work-life balance, but once you get into leadership positions, it's tossed out the window. This makes growth stifled and unwanted. C-Suite are incredibly hands off of day-to-day operations and extremely out of touch. Training is an absolute joke and non-existent.
