- Medical insurance is very bad where you need to pay at least 30% from pocket which is primary benefit of employees - Ready for firing if upcoming yearly budget doesn't fit - No values of employees life - you ll suffer when required leave on emergency - Most of the work is handed over to contractor which is always red alert for you - Miserable in context of facilities - Bias in work compensation - HR are not responsive - Most of HR work ll be done your reporting manager with low clarity
