Pros
There were a lot of senior tenured employees at Fiserv when I started working there. The Fiserv brand is widely recognized in the payment industry.
Cons
Micromanagement and poor management in general. It seems like senior leadership is more interested in shareholder profit than retaining skilled employees. Frequent downward adjustments to the comp plan. Unlimited R&R might seem like a benefit, until you leave and don't get paid for vacation time.
