Pros
I work 100% remote - you get 80 hours Well being and 64 hours R&R which is their version of PTO. Unused well being can be carried over. Benefits are okay. It's HSA type of health insurance that Fiserv contributes to 2 times a year. If you come from a small town like me the pay for an entry level position with Fiserv is much better. If you work a Holiday you get time 1/2. There is a lot of possible movement within the company but if you're a remote worker, there are limitations.
Cons
Fiserv recognizes certain holidays. Depending on your department, you may work them if they fall on a day you're working. The way to make more in your paycheck is taking on more "products" to work. The yearly incentive/raise isn't much. In the past, there have been mass layoffs during last quarter. However, since the new CEO Mike came, he doesn't seem to think that's good moving forward. We'll see.
